Consumer provides the shipping label and pays for shipping. An address will be sent to you, after contacting the customer service department and the receipt must be included in the package, as well as the product packaging and all items received in order. For firestarters, if you've used more than 10 from the box, a refund is not available, however you can still contact our customer service department with your issue. All items can be refunded for full value within 30 days, upon approval from our customer service department. Receipt required.
